UPDATE ON UP HOLLAND POST OFFICE

We regret to inform you that Up Holland Post Office will not be opening as planned on 21 January 2021. 
We have been given advice on the rapidly increasing rate of COVID cases and hospitalisations in Lancashire and the north west and feel it is unwise to do anything which may put anyone else at risk of infection.
This is extremely disappointing in view of all the hard work that has gone into securing a post office for our community. We intend to open as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so and we will announce date and times of opening once they become available.
 

We have been delighted with the support for the new Up Holland Post Office and look forward to seeing many of you as customers when we open.

The Post Office will be staffed by volunteers; if anyone is interested in volunteering to work in the Post Office in the future please get in touch. All Post Office volunteers will be given training by the Post Office.
